Terms & Conditions — 7v7 Online Gaming Platform

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "7v7" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 7v7.biz, including all services, games, features, and systems made available through the website.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 7v7 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required of all Players before real-money activity is permitted, including submission and verification of government-issued identification documents.
• "Real-Money Play" refers to any gaming activity on the Platform in which actual Philippine Peso (₱) funds are wagered.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits or free bets issued to a Player's Account by 7v7 under specific promotional terms, which may differ from real-money funds in terms of withdrawal eligibility.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Laws" refers to all laws, regulations, and directives applicable to online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to PAGCOR regulations.
• "Force Majeure" refers to any event beyond the reasonable control of 7v7 including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyber attacks, and similar occurrences.

By accessing the 7v7 Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any service feature — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the following documents which are incorporated herein by reference:

• The 7v7 Privacy Policy
• The 7v7 Responsible Gaming Policy
• Any game-specific rules published within the Platform
• Any bonus or promotion terms attached to specific offers

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 7v7. If you access or use the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

To register and maintain an active Account on the 7v7 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age and meet any additional minimum age requirement imposed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
3. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
4. You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, and you are accessing the Platform from a permitted jurisdiction.
5. You are not currently subject to a voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order from 7v7 or any other gaming operator.
6. You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 7v7 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or service providers.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

KYC Verification: All Accounts must complete identity verification before real-money deposits or play are permitted. Acceptable identification documents include a Philippine System Identification (PhilSys ID), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Driver's License, or valid Philippine Passport. 7v7 may request additional documentation at any time to satisfy ongoing AML or compliance obligations.

One Account Rule. Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the 7v7 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 7v7 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any winnings derived therefrom may be forfeited.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. You agree to notify 7v7 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 7v7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access that arises from your failure to protect your credentials.

Account Information Accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. Changes to your registered name, contact information, or banking details must be submitted to 7v7 support with supporting documentation. 7v7 reserves the right to freeze an Account pending verification of updated information.

Non-Transferability. Accounts, Account balances, and any Bonus Funds are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any funds associated with it to any other person.

All deposits to your 7v7 Account must be made through payment methods officially supported by the Platform. Supported methods currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. 7v7 may add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.
• 7v7 does not accept deposits made in cash or through physically presented payment instruments.
• Deposits made in error, including deposits to the wrong Account, should be reported to 7v7 support immediately. 7v7 will investigate and, where possible, facilitate correction, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds in all circumstances.
• 7v7 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any Player at any time, particularly in connection with AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

Currency. All transactions on the 7v7 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). USDT deposits are converted to Philippine Peso at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate variations are the Player's responsibility.

Players may withdraw Real-Money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and the completion of all applicable verification requirements.

• Verification Requirement. Withdrawals will only be processed to an Account that has successfully completed KYC verification. Pending KYC submissions may delay processing.
• Withdrawal Destination. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, or an alternative method approved by 7v7 following identity verification of the alternative account.
• Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. USDT withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to network congestion.
• Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements are met. The cashier section of the Platform displays the current wagering requirement status for any active bonus.
• Withholding of Withdrawals. 7v7 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of AML checks, identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or any other compliance reason. 7v7 will notify the Player where a delay is applied.

The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the 7v7 Platform. Game-specific rules supplement these general rules and are available within each game interface.

• Wager Finality. All bets and wagers confirmed within a game session are final and cannot be reversed once accepted by the system. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of any bet before confirming it.
• System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrect game result caused by a software or hardware fault, 7v7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. Void bets will not generate winnings.
• Game Provider Rules. For games supplied by third-party providers, the rules of the applicable game provider govern the conduct of that game. 7v7 acts as the platform operator and is not responsible for decisions made by game providers regarding game outcomes, jackpot conditions, or progressive pool allocations.
• RTP Disclosure. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for all games on the 7v7 Platform are as published by the certified game provider. RTP rates represent theoretical long-run return and do not guarantee any individual outcome in any session.
• Live Casino. Live casino games are governed by the rules of the applicable live game, as explained by the dealer at the opening of each session and/or displayed in the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome of any confirmed bet stands.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game on the Platform has minimum and maximum bet amounts as displayed within the game. These limits may differ by table and variant.

7v7 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. Participation in any promotion is subject to:

• The specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which shall prevail over these general Terms in the event of any inconsistency specific to that promotion.
• Completion of KYC verification and maintenance of a good-standing Account status.
• The applicable wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.

Abuse of Promotions. 7v7 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or participating in coordinated abuse with other Players. Determination of bonus abuse is at 7v7's sole discretion.

Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions. 7v7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated, Players will be given reasonable notice where practicable.

7v7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies apply to all Accounts:

• Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits. Players may set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further real-money play is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits. Players may set a maximum session duration after which the Platform will automatically log the Player out.
• Cooling-Off Period. Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days through Account settings or by contacting support.
• Self-Exclusion. Players may request permanent self-exclusion at any time. A self-exclusion request will result in permanent Account closure. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, 7v7 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from creating a new Account or otherwise accessing the Platform during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks. The Platform displays the total time elapsed and net win/loss status at regular intervals during a gaming session to promote awareness of time and money spent.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7v7 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 7v7.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using another person's Account or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, analyze game outcomes, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, game glitches, or software vulnerabilities to generate credits or winnings.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or otherwise dispute a legitimate transaction made on the Platform through a payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any 7v7 employee, support agent, dealer, or other user.

All content on the 7v7 Platform — including but not limited to the 7v7 brand name and logo, website design, interface elements, game graphics and sounds, text, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary property of 7v7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or intellectual property rights to the Player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 7v7 or the relevant rights holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7v7 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds, profits, revenue, or data resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, unauthorized account access, or Force Majeure events.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated with the Platform.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 7v7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7v7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7v7 collects and processes personal information from Players in accordance with the 7v7 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

7v7 is committed to compliance with applicable data protection legislation in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and implementing regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.

7v7 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third parties only where required for service delivery (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers), for regulatory compliance, or where compelled by law or a valid regulatory authority.

Termination by Player. You may close your 7v7 Account at any time by contacting 7v7 support. Account closure is subject to resolution of any pending transactions. Upon closure, any Real-Money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, less any applicable fees or deductions permitted under these Terms. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Termination or Suspension by 7v7. 7v7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 7v7.
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period and has not responded to communication from 7v7.
• The Player is located in or has accessed the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 7v7 will communicate the reason for suspension to the Player as soon as it is lawful and practicable to do so. Where an Account is permanently closed for breach, any balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, may be forfeited.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding any gaming transaction, account activity, or interpretation of these Terms, Players should first contact 7v7 support through the live chat or email channel. 7v7 will investigate and provide a written response within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint. 7v7 aims to resolve disputes fairly and in a timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority, which is PAGCOR for Philippine-based disputes.

Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or the Player's use of the 7v7 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described above.

Game Outcomes. The result of any completed game transaction is final once confirmed by the system. Technical logs and system records maintained by 7v7 shall constitute the definitive record of game outcomes and shall be used in the resolution of any dispute regarding game results.

7v7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 7v7 will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following: a notice published on the Platform, an in-session notification, or a communication sent to the registered contact address associated with your Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
